 7 Effortless Ways to Achieving Your Ideal Body Weight
I am going to say a pretty big truth here.  

Everyone I know likes it when things are EASY!  Am I right?  

You know, when you’re able to do a simple task (or even a complicated one) and it’s as easy as flipping a page in a book.  Now, that’s what I like to call EASY.  

But there’s only one problem: Most people LOVE to make things harder on themselves—even though you may spend all your efforts on trying to make something easier for yourself!  
And when you do find a way to make things easier, don’t you think you should stick with that idea…trick…or tip and try to apply it to other areas of your life?  

Naturally, you would say YES! Now you’ve figured out how to make some simple tasks a heck of a lot easier…  

…now it’s time to see if those same tips and tricks could lend a hand in your overall weight loss success.  

Imagine how it would feel to make losing weight as easy as tying your shoes.  It would be amazing!  

Well, I have news for you…  

YOU CAN!  Losing weight doesn’t need to be difficult…or even painstakingly hard…  

No, losing weight (and keeping it off) can be a very simple process—if you’re going about it the right way.  

So how would you make your weight loss program simple…effective…and EASY?  

Well, you’d probably follow these 7 tips!  

7 Tips to Make Weight Loss Easy and Painless  


Now, my job is to take your dream of achieving a healthy ideal bodyweight from a dream to reality.  Seriously, these 7 tips are going to make your journey to a healthy body a reality.  

And they only take the smallest effort to be successful!  Let’s check them out:    

1. Eat More *REAL* Food

I know that this may sound like an obvious one, but you’d be surprised by how many people don’t include *real* food into their nutrition plans.  

Trust me, it’s amazing how many people eat “fake” foods—or processed foods that hold very little nutrition.  

Most fake food (remember, processed foods) may contain ingredients that spike your blood sugar and insulin levels, spike your overall weight gain, and may even accelerate chronic disease progression.  
Real foods, however, are completely different!  They contain a nutrient profile that should make changing your body a heck of a lot easier.  

Think about it, real food contains more of the vitamins and minerals that are needed to improve your body and prevent diseases.  

If you’re confused by what real food is, here’s a hint:  

If it doesn’t move…swim…or run on the ground then it’s not going to help you.  Likewise, if it doesn’t grow on a tree or in the ground, then you probably shouldn’t eat it.    

Processed and refined foods contain too many trans-fats, artificial ingredients, sugar, and additives.  And all these things may only accelerate weight gain.  

2. Keep it Simple  


Look, I know this is going to be a no-brainer, but you need to keep it simple.  

If you have hopes of reaching that ideal body weight, then you need to eliminate higher calorie meal plans and those four course meals.  

Fill one plate up with fruits, veggies, lean proteins, and healthy fats.  Once you reach the bottom of the plate, you’re done.  

This should prevent overeating or over-consuming at breakfast, lunch, or dinner!    

3. Get Out in the Sunshine

One of the easiest ways to improve your body is to get more vitamin D in your day.  Studies show, a majority of people are deficient in this helpful vitamin.  

In fact, Vitamin D, has been shown to prevent diabetes, improve sleep, and may even help you shed a few pounds.  

That’s why it’s important to get out in the sun for at least 15 minutes every day!  Head out mid-morning or mid-afternoon, when the sun is shining the brightest and the rays are the strongest.  
This could increase your own production of vitamin D, which could improve your overall health.  

4. Kick Toxic Foods Good-bye  


It’s safe to say that TOXINS are everywhere!  They are in your food…in your water…and in many of the shampoos and soaps you use every day.  

And the toxins you’re exposed to could cause some major changes to occur in your body.  From an increased risk for heart disease to a drop in hormone production, toxins are extremely bad for your health.  

That’s why you need to cut back on TOXIC foods.   You should be looking to avoid foods that may be high in trans-fats (doughnuts and pastries), vegetable oils, and certain foods that may cause an allergic reaction to occur in your body (wheat bread, dairy, etc.).   

 Eliminating these foods could go a long way to protecting your health and achieving a healthy body.

5. Cut Out the Fad Diet Train

I hate to say this…  

But everyone I know has tried a fad diet once—if not twice—in their lifetime!  And most of the people who use them will ultimately lose weight.  .
So why am I telling you to skip it?  Most fad diets cut calories in order to help you lose weight.  And it will work, for a short time.  
Most people who go on a diet, will not be able to sustain the diet, therefore they will go right back to eating what they used to eat.  

And this could lead to weight rebound, which is when the weight you lost (if not more weight) comes back.  

But:  

If you eat real foods, focus on exercises, and cutting out the junk food, then you will find that your body will change faster than any fad diet ever would.  

That’s why I would recommend that you skip out on the diet and focus on getting a lot more healthy foods into your day.  

6. Don’t Starve Your Body  


Going back to the fat diets for a second…  

Most fad diets have you cut calories in order to lose weight.    And it will work.  But if you’re cutting your calories too low, you may have some different things happening to your body  

Underfeeding your body may lead to weight gain and body fat gain because your body may start to digest protein (muscle) to use for energy.  

And this could slow your metabolism.  Instead of focusing on cutting back on your calories, you should focus on having smaller portions.  

Maintain a healthy ratio of protein, fats, and carbs in order to give your body the nutrients it needs to keep your metabolism firing on all cylinders. 

Also, the right mix of nutrients, could lead to better appetite control.  And better appetite control means you’re not going to have the feeling that you need to eat more—when you just ate.  

7. Make Healthy Choices Late at Night  

One of the easiest ways to railroad your success is to binge eat at night in front of the TV or when you’re out with friends.  If you want to prevent this from happening—and packing on the pounds—then there is one simple thing you can do:  


Eat a light snack or a healthy snack before you go!  This could prevent any type of hunger cravings from setting in and ruining your attempt at achieving a healthy weight.  

If you know you’re going to be out late, prepare a healthy meal or salad for when you return.  This will prevent you from raiding the cupboards and snacking on otherwise unhealthy snack options.

How I Finally Achieved A Healthy Body Weight That I Was Proud Of...
I have struggled with my bodyweight most of my adult life.  I have tried diet after diet, different exercise program and any other fad that has come along.
