So why am I telling you to skip it? Most fad diets cut calories in order to help you lose weight. And it will work, for a short time.
Most people who go on a diet, will not be able to sustain the diet, therefore they will go right back to eating what they used to eat.

Also, the right mix of nutrients, could lead to better appetite control. And better appetite control means you’re not going to have the feeling that you need to eat more—when you just ate.
7. Make Healthy Choices Late at Night
One of the easiest ways to railroad your success is to binge eat at night in front of the TV or when you’re out with friends. If you want to prevent this from happening—and packing on the pounds—then there is one simple thing you can do:
Eat a light snack or a healthy snack before you go! This could prevent any type of hunger cravings from setting in and ruining your attempt at achieving a healthy weight.
If you know you’re going to be out late, prepare a healthy meal or salad for when you return. This will prevent you from raiding the cupboards and snacking on otherwise unhealthy snack options.
