5 Things That Could Happen To Your Body When You Boost Your Testosterone
Today, men are walking around like zombies.  They have no energy…have big bellies…and less muscle mass than they did in their 20s.

And they may only be 30!  So, they do a basic Google search (too embarrassed to ask their doctor until they know for sure) as to what may be happening.

Everything points to low testosterone.  They dig a little deeper, only to discover the magic of testosterone replacement.

Basically, waving a magic wand (or sticking a needle in your butt or rubbing a cream on your body) and they are magically transported back in time to their younger years.

There is a rush of energy…a need to hit the gym to build bigger and stronger muscles…and needing to spend that “quality” time with their loved ones.

And this is all without thinking about the dangers associated with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).  But here’s the thing:

But here’s the thing:

As men age, your testosterone levels start to dip below normal levels.

So your testosterone is unable to bind to specific receptor sites (androgen sites) on your muscles and in your brain.

And without that rush of testosterone hitting these receptors, they remain silent, waiting for their big break.

The most common side effects of low testosterone include:

• Low libido
• Weak erections and orgasms
• Inability to build muscle
• Low energy
• Getting those “baby blues”
• And so much more.

Although most doctors will often prescribe testosterone replacement therapy, there could be many other things that could help your sluggish testosterone levels to rebound and make those receptors feel alive again.

Trust me, there are plenty of natural ways to raise your testosterone WITHOUT using testosterone replacement therapy.

Potent herbs and spices, eating red meat, and hitting the strength training hard may be ways you can boost lagging testosterone levels.

Now, some men may not need any help boosting testosterone...

…but for those who do, finding the right combination of nutrients to boost their sluggish levels may lead to significant improvements in their health.

…but for those who do, finding the right combination of nutrients to boost their sluggish levels may lead to significant improvements in their health.

In fact, you’ll start to see some pretty BIG things—and some rather small things—that could turn your life around and once again give you hope.

They may not all happen at once—or right away—but the following 5 things could happen to your body when you give your testosterone levels a boost:

1. Sex Drive Will Jump

If you’re looking for a major red flag when it comes to your testosterone, it would be your sex drive.

Lack of testosterone may reduce the urge for sex in some men.  The reason for this?

Testosterone binds to the receptors in your brain that control your sex drive.  Low testosterone means those receptors stay silent, leaving you without a healthy sex life.
Plus, testosterone may also be a factor in getting and maintaining an erection.  Testosterone works on the receptors that help trap blood in your penis when you get an erection.

Low testosterone usually leads to weak erections—or no erections at all!

Boosting your testosterone may boost your libido and make your erection harder for a much longer period.

2. Put on Lean Muscle Mass

One thing you may see is an increase in your lean muscle mass after you’ve increased your testosterone.

Testosterone acts on the receptors in your muscles, which could stimulate them to grow and get stronger.

(In order to maximize your lean muscle growth, you need to use a structured strength training program to make lasting results.)

With increased muscle mass, you may also see a decrease in your fat mass—especially around your belly, arms, and chest.

Why? Lean muscle mass may increase your metabolic rate (how fast you burn calories).  The higher your metabolic rate, the more fat you could end up burning (yes, even at night).

In order to get a double-whammy when it comes to changing your body, you need to boost your testosterone AND have a well-developed strength training program in place.

3. Energy Levels Could Go Through The Roof

If you’ve ever had low testosterone, one of the most common complaints is low energy levels…feeling fatigued…or even living in a “fog” throughout the day.

Even though testosterone doesn’t have a direct link to energy…

…there is evidence that higher testosterone may improve your energy levels!  One thought on why energy is increased has to do with the action testosterone plays on your mitochondria.
It may make your mitochondria more efficient, therefore improving the energy in your cells.

Although the relationship between energy and testosterone may not have a direct link, boosting your T levels could give your energy a much needed boost, nonetheless.

4. Your Mood Could Improve

Do you have the blues?  Are you feeling blah all the time?  Do you just not have the drive or the pick-me-up to do anything worthwhile?

Then you may be depressed!  And this could be tied to lower-than-normal testosterone levels.

But here’s the good part:

If you increase your lagging levels, you could see improvements in your mood.  A study conducted in 2012, showed that men who were moderately to severely depressed, had their depression symptoms dramatically decrease after boosting their testosterone.

There is no clear link between T levels and mood, but the reality is, higher testosterone may create happier men!

5. Your Breast May Enlarge

One negative effect of extremely high levels of testosterone could be a growth in your breast tissue.

The technical term, gynecomastia, is an enlargement of your breast tissue due to higher levels of T.

Extra testosterone may be converted to estradiol, an estrogen derivative, which could increase the tissue that covers your chest.

It’s not a very common side effect, but it may happen unless you’re also taking something to block the breakdown of testosterone

The Simple Trick To Manliness

As a guy, the older you get, the more likely it could be that your testosterone levels could start to decline.

It’s natural for this to happen, and most men may see a drop of one percent each year!  When this happens, most men will look for different ways to increase their testosterone.

Some will opt for natural methods, while others may go a different route.  Regardless of how you get your testosterone to climb, you should see some really positive things start to happen in your body.

In fact, the five things listed above are just some of the powerful benefits you could see when there is a rebound in your T levels and they start to go up.
Increasing your testosterone levels could be one of the easiest ways to knock 20 years off your body—if not more!
