The 5 Reasons Why You Should Detox (for your health)
I hate to break it to you, but those nagging little things that simply annoy you, may be a sign that something bad is going on inside your body.  

You may think there is nothing to be concerned about…  

…but you would be WRONG!  Symptoms such as:  

• Achy joints or muscles  
• Brain fog  
• Fatigue  
• Headaches  
• Allergies  
• Gas  

All these symptoms add up to you feeling pretty crappy about your body and even worried about your health.  So what do you need?

Why You Need to Detox


Detoxing your body could be an easy fix to some of these problems.  Will they all go away?    

Probably not.  But you can take the steps needed in order to lessen the burden on your body.  

A detox is a great way to cleanse your body and allow it to heal on its own—without any nasty foods to hold you back.

Basically, you are taking out all the bad foods (namely sugar and junk food) and replacing them with more natural foods, less processed foods, and less foods that contain added sugar.  

Again, a detox is designed to cleanse your body and put it in a position to heal itself from the inside out.  But a detox does so much more for your body.   

Here’s a list of things you could expect when you decide to take the plunge and start a detox program:  

1. You Will FEEL Better  


When you detox, you should end up feeling a heck of a lot different than you did before.  

The reason: You’re eliminating the toxins and nastiness from junk and processed foods that could be weighing you down, making you feel tired all the time, and constantly giving you brain fog.  

Instead, when you detox your body and you eliminate all the toxin-riddled foods you’re eating, you could wake up with more energy, feel more vibrant, have a better outlook on life, and just in general, you’re a lot happier.  

It’s pretty true that most people don’t associate their mood and feelings with what they eat, but it’s probably the number one issue you’re dealing with when it comes to lacking energy and overall unhappiness.  

2. You Could Lose Weight


Most people know that if they go on a detox diet or program that, more than likely, you’re going to lose weight.  

The reason for this is simple:  

You’re eliminating many of the foods that could be causing increased gas, bloating, pressure, and inflammation that could be causing undue weight gain.  
Plus, most detox diets include foods that are lower in calories, which usually results in increased weight loss.  

Eliminating higher-calorie foods or foods that could easily lead to less calories consumed, therefore more weight loss.  

3. You Could Cut Your Cravings  

It’s a proven fact that sugar is a highly addictive food additive.  In fact, it’s considered by many to be the most addictive non-lethal drug ever created!  

Pretty scary isn’t it?  Sugar attacks the reward system in your brain, therefore causing you to need more in order to trigger a satisfied response.  

So how can you prevent sugar from entangling your brain?  

By detoxing of course!  Detox eliminates many of the foods that create triggers inside your brain and body.  

And as you get used to not eating sugar (or even white flour or processed foods), this should result in fewer cravings and less frequent need for sugar.
